Refreshing Bath Soak
| Add 1 cup of Baking Soda to your hot bath to neutralize acids on the skin and help wash away oil and perspiration. Your skin will feel silky smooth, and it’s a great way to get away from it all. Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.
| Orgainc/Healthy Coffee
| If you are a coffee drinker consider drinking organic or healthy coffee. Coffee is good to drink as long as it is organic or healthy, drink only one cup and within 20 minutes of brewing.
| Radishes
| Eating radishes helps repair nerve damage.
| Aerobic Oxygen
| If a person has an infection, the use of honey with Aerobic Oxygen (AO) will deliver the AO to the infection site quickly.
If a person is having angina or heart attack, the use of Brandy will deliver the AO to the blood stream and thus the heart very quickly.
It is important that you are using a good source of natural honey, preferably non-pasteurized.
| Absorb Salt in Soups and Casseroles
| Salting to taste is one thing, but it is possible to overdo it. When you find yourself getting heavy-handed with the salt, simply drop a few apple wedges into the pot. After cooking for another 10 minutes or so, remove the wedges—along with the excess salt.

Wouldn't you agree that when someone you love is very ill, you would search high and low to find something to help them regain their health?
Most assuredly you would. And when you find that "something" that helps your loved one, wouldn't you want others to know about it? Without a doubt!
